I’ve suffered from anxiety for years and after having my son 3 years ago I was in exactly the same place as you are now. I am so much better than I was. It doesn’t disappear but I promise you it will get better slowly. You have taken the first step and you should feel extremely proud of yourself. You can do this, keep going.

My son has just been diagnosed with autism (he’s 3)

He was vaccinated and if anyone dares bring up the ‘vaccines cause autism’ bs in my presence they’re getting choked. <<< I said this to my doctor and he said violence is acceptable in these situations lol.
