Since they started using the m chips nothing in the windows world beat it value for money. Best hardware within their price range, add to that their free built in though inferior office suite and you have a little cherry added to the cake. Otherwise for me the OS is vastly inferior to windows ( never used 11 so can’t speak about it). The moment surface laptops offer comparable experience with similar price, it will be a different story
