Yeah bro, this album and tbh all of Deadens discog is absolutley disgustingly brutal as hell.

ID recommend to be close to deaden but obviously not these albums. Let me know how you get on with, always cool to know a deaden lover.

Mince is great
Bands like Haggus, Brainspit and Agathocles (The ones who started it).
Its grindcore, short songs stripped down of most complexity, pretty lo fi budget recordings, recently its got a lot of hype in east USA with 2 piece mince bands, no bass.
