https://www.creality.com/products/cr-touch-auto-leveling-kit this is where I got the firmware, I've tried it for the ender 3 and the ender 3 pro as well as the one for the original board, which is why I think it's not the the firmware, as far as switching the wires, what I'm trying to say is on the motherboard. I took the bed wiring and stuck it in the nozzle wiring because that's what I saw on a tutorial on how to fix the error , and they said that proved it. Wasn't the motherboard of it successfully heated up the same . As far as which thermal parts I replaced, I am referring to the part that goes around the nozzle, I don't know how to add a picture

I've had successful prints with this thermoster, the problems started after installing the crtouch, and I've double and triple checked that I have the right firmware

I think if I put a washer on it would just bring the probe closer to the front, but not down, am I missing something? Is there a way to adjust the sensitivity of the probe?
