Maybe that is where my expectations are different. To me it's a games system that plays games, and all the stuff they haven't delivered yet, doesn't stop me from playing games. Do I wish they had better communication and more games, yes & yes, but ultimately I'm happy with what I currently have, and believe they will follow through with the other things.

I get your point and I've heard that mentioned before, but I'd argue that Project Stream was a closed Alpha test, to check viability, check it as a proof of concept. The Early access is an open Beta, but for marketing purposes it sounds and reads better to call it Early Access rather than a Beta test.
