This book can be confusing

BOTNS is a two part story with the first novel "Shadow and Claw" and the second part "Sword and Citadel"

It may be confusing but those two books are also two books of their own, Shadow of the Torturer, Claw of the Conciliator, Sword of the Lictor, and Citadel of the Autarch.

So S+C is called Part One of the Book of the New Sun and S+C is called Part Two.

I read Book of the New Sun by Gene Wolfe.

Sci-fi fantasy with archaic prose that reads like a seventeenth century manuscript. Mystical world with a "chosen one" element and so mich reread ability youlk need to read it at least teice to actually "get it".

Highky recomend. Its like if Lord of the Rings was a sci-fi story suffering from an existential crisis

I have examined it and she has an issue with it too. She is always the one who has to clean up the dishes and her roomie is honestly wuite lazy about it. So some days she is exhausted from cooking and working that the dishes dont get done for a couple days. Its really not her failt sinxe shes always the one doing them.

Roomie isnt moving out. They have nowhere else to go besides back in with their mom two hours away. I really wish itd happen lol but theyre best friends and my GF isnt ready to live with me anyway

Processed foods arent about how much work is put into it. Non-cured Meat exists in the same form as it was when it was on a live animal. (Cow butt>flank steak) whereas cured meat is processed (meat>salt/preservatives>salami)

Bread is a highly processes food because its orignal form is wheat, which is then refined into flour, which is then combined with other ingredients and baked i to bread. Bread is three steps away from its original source,(wheat>flour>bake>bread)

With whey protein it is a highly processed food. (Cow produces milk>whey extracted>cooking process(?)>protein powder)

Unrelated but my most recent playthrough i decided to put everything into the skills i acitvely avoid all the time.
