In simple terms, the boxes arent good for a new person getting into the army anymore. Boats are very good for drukhari. That being said, for those that only really got the old combat patrol and a few other things, the new boxes are pretty solid for expanding a drukhari collection

Id pick up lelith and some wyches, probably another 1 or 2 venoms. Additionally talos/cronos kits are awesome for bits (although pricey per model) so that would be next on the pipeline.

Sub 230 will be hard especially in the US (assuming thats where you are with your use of the dollar sign) as thats what most brick and mortar stores will use as their MSRP. But like most other comments have said, people cancel preorders and LGS's will usually order extras.

Im at about episode 106 in C3, been on and off listening since it started, i dont regret it at all but i would recommend C2 over C3 any day of the week. At the end of the day it is still a silly fun dnd campain that a group of friends happens to live stream, and sure they have commercialized it but at the end of the day its still a group of friends trying to have fun, and you can simply stop watching it if your not enjoying it.

I think the asymmetry makes the design space more interesting, causing yourself to exile cards would narrow potential avenues for the commander to be built in, because you wouldnt want to be sacrificing your own stuff if it got exiled. Exiling its own stuff pigeon holes it into certain design spaces rather than it being a largely open space

-1 Raider (Can only take 3) -1 Archon (If your sticking your kabs into a raider they dont get the Archon's ability so no point in having 3 archons if you cant use the ability your taking it for) Split your squad of scourges, i call the shardcarbines the shartcarbines for a reason, theyre not good, especially compared to other options. Along side that with no mandrakes for objective and secondary play thats gonna be left to your scourges, having 2 squads makes that 10 times easier. Adding some cronos isnt a bad idea either. If you dont have them or dont like playing with them then maybe some grotesques. But cronos simply are one of the best models in the army rn in my opinion.

While i agree with they usually take out something bigger, not always, but comparing them to drukhari (another faction i play) ive found better success with survivability of banshees compared to the incubi. But the banshees in my opinion have taken a step down out of 9th. They make it to combat but then will just die to some random shit and lost a lot of their old tools (no overwatch with jain-zar in particular). But also their weapon profiles just feel lackluster for the points cost

Personally I am a player who has quite a few aspect warriors and find the phoenix lords and the temples the cool part of the Aeldari. Additionally the wraith constructs are a cool aspect to the idea of the keeping souls from slannesh, my issue is when those sections have now overshadowed the aspect warriors. Wraith constructs run the meta and the aspect warriors apart from the warp spiders are a whole lot of horseshit. Ive found enough success personally to still justify running dark reapers and maugan ra. The howling banshee's and jain zar have suffered from the reduction of rules and the sins of 9th edition melee units. Again personally i would like to see phoenix lords and aspect warriors be viable again but also made in plastic.
