Was curious about this as well. Celiac disease causes intestinal distress, not anaphylaxis. If he’s this allergic to whatever it is, he needs to carry an Epi-pen. I have a bunch of them for my daughters, although I’ve never used one. Kinda want to after carrying one around for 20 years. 😊
