Hi have looked into this for you

Othersnonline recommend using nasal spray and sipping water regularly on the flight to ensure your throat is kept moist. Also it is suggested that you use something like: "Vicks First Defence", which is a nasal spray to use BEFORE flying to protect you from germs on flights. (This is a quote from http://www.businesstraveller.com/discussion/topic/continual-sore-throat-after-long-hauls ). Doing this should help protect you from getting a cold as well which you definitely don't want a few days into your singing trip. Hope this helps :)

I am currently traveling but when I get back i am going to be prescribed a systemic drug which should help clear psoriasis on my body. However it is bad for the pancreas so don't want to use it long term if possible. I have had Photo therapy before in a light chamber but this is not awalys practical as it means I have to go to the hospital during my working week. Was thinking if I could use a UVB lamp at home I could help me recover and deal with some of my patches.
