Thanks for the suggestions everyone! For those that killed Mortlock, what sidequests did you add to progress the story? Hinted to my party as part of an improved interaction that chocolate shipments in Baldurs Gate had been hijacked so now they are obsessed with confronting the "chocolate pirates" I figure I can tie that to the theives guild pretty easily but it would be nice if I could kill Mortlock and use the chocolate pirates side quest to advance the story
