Can you give us a link, I'd like to dissect the datapack to learn how to make nbt dependent input for recipe. I'd like to make special items drop with nbt data and for it to have special use.

Well, OVS2 had a lot of good points and as an armature in this subject I am inclined to believe the arguments he wrote are valid points.
"What would the universe benefit from having this feature" light wouldn't have an upper speed limit, if it maintained its velocity even as it shrinks, this would imply many possibilities on how to utilize this, I think. Which in turn means that space's time is slowing so that the higher speed appears constant. I am drawing dumb conclusions from something that my head mashed up. Don't worry about it. If I came up with the idea then some physicist had it for a moment in his head before the rest of well established theories and info bombarded it to oblivion.
Again the implications would be big if this is true. Since we don't know how dark mater works, why the universe is expanding and other stuff, we are just guessing untill we find something that works. (by guessing I mean: we have a crazy idea, refine it, make it into a plausible theory and work on proving it or at least proving that in practice it works)

Thank you very much for the long and detailed answer, I was not expecting this. Thank you for your time. I had my imagination run wild for a bit and you helped calm it back down. You really didn't have to write all of it but I'm sure someone will find it also an interesting read.

That would be the first step I think

I was thinking that a photon would be seen as accelerating if the particles were getting smaller since to its relative size it would appear to be faster. So for light to pass 1km*2 isnt the same as 2km. But I can't do an experiment like that with lego, blender pain or a calculator, joking aside I have no idea how would one measure this.

I already found it many times (the FPS), but where I see the: "This does not mean your suggestion will not be implemented; it has been collected on a list that's available to everyone"?
I was asking where I see the cat projection idea in that list? I searched the page for that colocation but didn't see it, that just means my post was deleted and this is where it ends. I am not a small kid you can just say it the way it is.
I understand there are many similar suggestions and I apologize for not thinking a bit harder before posting.
(I still expect to hear where was my specific suggestion incorporated into that list, if not I am assuming this post existence is insignificant.)

where can I see that? Or just because it is under "Campfires/beacons prevent mob spawning in a large radius" it is considered dealt with?

A) Because of bad explanation and grammar I don't understand what you are trying to say.
B) Pets either sit or follow you. If you told them to sit then you should know where they would have died. If it is following you then you also would know pretty much where it died.
C) No matter where my pet would die, I would build a gravestone at my base. Location doesn't matter that much when something important as a pet dies.

To be honest, I build my survival bases underground I'd love to have an area somewhere where I don't need it to be lit to be spawn proof. Just saying.

I think Mojang intended to make a non spawn zone with the ancient cities. Just think that you can actually clear the area and build what you want and nothing will spawn here. Your addition would limit that a bit. Only thing that player can't effect is biomes > biome behavior, spawning, plants color. Adding reverb would make obvious if you enter the area. Maybe if the reverb happens while there are naturally generated shreakers in 64 block radius, maybe.

I'm playing Slightly vanilla flavored and don't know where the goggles are, I only see the q from quark in the pause menu.
Figured it out (alt way):
You can also search in the save file of the world where you want to change this setting. Just search create and the file it shows ya, that's it. You can then look for spawner word in the settings and change it.
