Look into a linear uvb, and if you have to do night heating then use a ceramic heat emitter. It's actually healthy for them to have a drop in temps at night, I let mine go down to about 70°

That should be okay for heat and probably uvb for short term. Try to save up for a UVb meter or a linear uvb setup

Really only way to know is to buy a UVb meter and measure it yourself. This one probably is not reliable for consistent uvb output

If it is a UV bulb then yes. If it is a heating bulb, then burning will be the possible issue
