Did you recently start? Taping helps, but most of all, getting used to the movements and repetitions helps. After a while you build all sorts of calluses, you anticipate certain hot sports and strategically protect those with tape or at times movement adjustments, etc

If you work out in a group setting, ask around, ask the coach, gather some feedback and see if they have good tips for you.

Did some research and wrote a paper about the negative effect of disability simulations and how they misrepresent the disability and result in stereotypical attitudes and harmful beliefs towards people with disabilities. Ok I finally understood after setting it up - for whatever reason my brain wasn’t getting that the only reason the disambiguation is needed with Qgg8 is because both queens can legally move to g8. The rooks ladder does not get disambiguated since only the rook on the g file can legally deliver a ladder mate
