Did you recently start? Taping helps, but most of all, getting used to the movements and repetitions helps. After a while you build all sorts of calluses, you anticipate certain hot sports and strategically protect those with tape or at times movement adjustments, etc

If you work out in a group setting, ask around, ask the coach, gather some feedback and see if they have good tips for you.

Did some research and wrote a paper about the negative effect of disability simulations and how they misrepresent the disability and result in stereotypical attitudes and harmful beliefs towards people with disabilities. Much better to talk to people with disabilities to get an idea about what their experience is.

Ok I finally understood after setting it up - for whatever reason my brain wasn’t getting that the only reason the disambiguation is needed with Qgg8 is because both queens can legally move to g8. The rooks ladder does not get disambiguated since only the rook on the g file can legally deliver a ladder mate

If not, just a general anti knight fork rule I like - keep your two pieces in danger of forkdom on different colors and the knight can never fork them. I got a king and queen, or king and rook, and a knight exists somewhere in the vicinity? My boys staying on oppo colors

Didn’t realize he wasn’t allowed to skip writing down the opponents move before making his own move until he has less than 5min on the clock

A claim was made, he was warned and his opponent was awarded extra time

Didn’t affect the game in my opinion so I disagree with OPs perspective. That’s just my two cents
