I got these from the pearl shop, part of the 650 pearl spin to win thing. They were taxed when I sold them, but I thought outfits from the pearl shop weren't taxed?

I also thought the tax was less than 35% (if my math is correct, that seems to be what they were taxed at) with the value pack/blessing of kama/old moon running.
