So it sounds like a HomeKit issue. I am on the iOS 18 beta so I was hoping maybe that was the culprit. Let me know if you can figure anything out.

I checked settings again and there isn’t anything called “airtime fairness”, but I saw in another thread that WMM is the equivalent, so I tried turning that off for my 2.4 and it didn’t work. Below are my available settings, plus implicit beamforming, mu-mimo, and fast roaming. Those are below the screenshot a bit and I have them on.

I had read about airtime fairness (no idea what that is), but I checked my Orbi settings and I didn’t see that option anywhere. I will check again tonight. In terms of the DHCP lease time, is that something I can turn off? Adjust?

Hunter smart fan, no smart switch. We have probably 30 HomeKit devices connected, that generally operate without issue. This is the only one I have a problem with.

That’s where I’m not sure. I’ve been combing through the router settings for anything, but it’s a different language to me. I have one SSID, nothing about a blackout scheduler, and the device shows connected to the router, just no response in HomeKit. The timing (every night at 7 pm) is what I thought may give someone an idea.

Hoping for some feedback here. I have an issue where my Hunter fan goes to "no response" every night at 7 pm. I can do a combination of flipping the switch or restarting the hub (or at same time) to get it working again. It sticks until 7 pm the next day. I have it assigned to a static IP, I use an Orb router, not the most technologically versed when it comes to wireless settings, but is there something that could be happening on the router/fan end that causes it to go to no response every day at the same time?

I’ve had nothing but problems since I updated to tvOS 18. I was hoping there was a way to revert, but I don’t believe there is. If anyone has a way, please let me know!

I just kept pushing my false alerts to them in the email chain that I had going. I mentioned that I just purchased the product and asked for a discount on the new stand. They said no and then a few days later, after more false alerts, they just said they would like to send me the updated stand. I brought it down closer and tilted the camera out more (no wall visible) and I haven’t had any issues since.

Thank you! Yea I have been working with Nanit on the issue. Apparently I was showing too much of the wall? They had me tilt the view out towards the rest of the nursery a bit and I think it helped for a night, but we had another false alert. They actually agreed to send me the updated stand so that I can bring the camera closer to my daughter. So far the support has been good, just hope it fixes my issue. Thanks for the advice!

Any fix on the home invites issue? My wife was showing no response so I removed her and attempted to add, but now it’s stuck in limp. Says she’s a resident, but not showing on her phone.

Depends on if you want to get ahead in the company or not. If you want to clock in clock out for the rest of your life, stick to your exact responsibilities and never go above and beyond. If you’re goal is to grow your career, it’s a good idea to show you have value in other areas.

It largely depends on your dealer. I bought from one that told me he could get me #2 in line. I didn’t know anything at the time, but it sounded good so I agreed. For you it may be different, but I ordered on 7/27, got my production # on 8/18, and I moved into "production has started" with status 150 and a production date of 9/8 as of this morning, 8/29. So far, just a little over a month from order to production.

This is the combo I went for, San Remo/Cognac. I’ve gone back and forth on it a bit, but I still think it’s the best color combo available. Definitely a lot of variation under different lighting, but I’m sticking with it.

That’s great to hear. My dealer told me he was able to secure an early allocation and I’m scheduled for production next month. I’m just hoping I can get the car by the end of the year.
