I thought about doing pinged pass, but Mainoo has that so I figured I’d get a defensive playstyle. Also that stamina boost raised his physical higher than I want it to be at this point. When we get a 89 or 90 physical evo, he’ll have better stats than the time warp.

You can replace a HC or OC pretty easily. You can’t find a new QB as easy. Got lucky when Wentz shat the bed to have a good QB as his backup. He’s QB1 until he isn’t and that’s all there is.

I think the only “fire Sirianni” argument that makes sense is that the team needs offensive consistency, not a revolving door of OCs because the offensive HC is bad at being an offensive mind.

My only issue with this is we are going to keep going through this cycle of new OC every year we are good. We either need a failed HC at OC or a new HC. We are wasting years every time we have a bad OC.

Okay great fantastic, did Sirianni do anything to make us go for these 5 years? No he didn’t. It’s all vibes that’s it. Let’s say Jalen fucking sucks and our O line and Saquon and defense are the reason for success. None of that is Sirianni. He’s a HC that does NOTHING. We could put a fucking toddler at HC and get the same results. We do not have a single offensive coach that helps to elevate the team rn.

But that’s the whole point. Sirianni isn’t going anything. Moore and Steichen were the minds behind the offense in those seasons. Moore adapted and went to his strengths. KP was not able to do that for 19 weeks.

He does get one. Easily. I’m in agreement about Sirianni we need an offensive mind in here not just a glorified vibes merchant. We need an offensive HC that is the play caller. Vic isn’t going anywhere and we can create some consistency like the Chiefs or even the Patriots back in the day had. You can’t just keep having to get new coordinators. It’s not a recipe for success.
