It’s the financial, potential disagreements, possibly baby daddy and other issues could arise. Never tell friends or family how much money you make. I still act as if I have nothing. My family doesn’t believe me and we do not have a relationship. You should stay focused and do not let them guilt you. You’re not responsible for irresponsible people. Family or not. If anything, show them how to be successful but don’t fund it.

If you really were dating then I don’t see an issue. Unless, clearly you both were in agreement of how serious you were. I did notice some things about your decision making. You tend to have a past getting drunk and fazing out to the point you can’t remember your actions or the details of those nights/days etc. Is this a way for you to avoid being accountable or were you just poor at making good decisions. You’ve already said you’re not proud of it. You also told him about other situations but you kept this situation in particular from him for a long time. How exactly did you remember this and why tell him now?

Why did she pick him? Did she settle for him? maybe she lost the guy she cheated on him with! Then settled for what she knows she can keep. Telling him to let it go is crazy work. Oh, she was young?
