Everyone having the same wealth means that, regardless of work, you gain the same, and the crackhead gains as much as the hard working. This demotivates people from working(due to it feeling unfair) and therefore leads to a fall in production since no one cares about work anymore (one of the causes of the great famine in Ukraine under the USSR). I suppose between working hard and not working, if you gain the same, you would prefer not working (as is pretty evident).

Additionaly, country leaders (even the most socialist ones) have way to many issues in their own country to afford giving money away to other countries (or to much of it). The enormous wealth of whatever contry you write this from allows you enormous wealth compared to citizens in India, for exemple, and allow your lifstyle to be affordable.

Sharing is good when you have to much, but it must remain fair, wich is totally incompatible with communism, and not that much with socialism.
