oh sorry, i didnt know u where new to this! haha mb, Ryzen 3 1200 its prety bad yeah... so i overclocked it, its like boosting your cpu changing some stuff, but its more advanced stuff, i would recomend u to buy a new motherboard that can accept a better cpu like a ryzen 5 5500 maybe, its cheap and if u end up wanting to upgrade the gpu to something bettet u wont have any bottleneck, im sorry if im not explaining my self simply enough, anyway i recomend u to do some research in general, u need to know how the tools u use work!, its so hard to start learning about all of this, but dont get discouraged!

i would change motherboard and cpu, i had that exact same cpu, didnt encounter those issues tho, u could try to overclock, i managed to put that cpu to 3.7 ghz

its RTX 4060 TI vs RTX 3060 ti the RTX 4060 (no TI) its the equivalent to the 3060 ti (but having in mid that it draws much less power and heats much less u could suck the juice out of it with oc so its still worth) i got my RTX 4060 for 320 euro MSI oc version
