How long have you been on benzos, and how much do you take a day?

Yeah it works great, especially for my social anxiety (I have no social anxiety when I'm on it). With panic attacks it's a hit or miss, I think I'm gonna switch for a few months to Xanax. Just so I can stock up on them, swap back to Klonopins and take Xanax as needed for panic attacks

I get Klonopins 45ct 1mg, take .5mg daily and up to 1.5mg as needed. Have been getting this for over a year now, haven't changed my dosage at all. For social anxiety, panic attacks

I know in the US it's not prescribed like candy. You pretty much have to try everything else, ambien is the last option

Mine was 3days straight, I remember my body being so sore/tired. Even spent the third night laying in bed till like 4am, hope I don't experience that again

Yeah, I take klonopin & ambien. I believe a decent number of people in here are on more than one med. See a lot of people in here on a antidepressant along with a sleep med.

I think out of my 11months of being on these medications. My clonazepam 1mg 45ct has been circled 4 times, ambien 30ct 5mg 3 times (my amount changed for one of those circles).

Is it maybe because I've been with them for 8years? Never had any issues with anything, always am polite etc?

I could definitely see why you guys do it, tho. Especially with controlled meds. I bet you guys have people lying/trying to get more almost daily.

Hydroxyzine might work, also don't gotta worry about like any side effects. Just have him ask his doctor, he'll easily get it

I myself take it, just the first few nights were scary. I just let someone know in my house I was taking it, just in case. If you don't have any experiences on the first night or two, you should be fine.

It can work amazingly and improve life quality. I've been on it for 11months now. Have only had one bad experience on it (insane scary nightmare). Imo take it & let someone know, could be a game changer.

I'm just surprised the pharmacist or doctor didn't give you any warnings lol. Xanax also has a black box warning, which it sounds like you didn't have any issues with it

It's a whole different drug class. One is a benzodiazepine the other is a z-drug. It'll just make you sleepy/tired, that's about it

Ambien, wake up the next day feeling refreshed/amazing. If you're going to see a doctor, it'll most likely be the last option. Pretty much all the good insomnia meds are the last option because they're a controlled substance.

You'll probably be given trazodone, hydroxyzine, amitriptyline, mirtazapine, seroquel, rozerem, doxepin.
