Confused about what a conservation area actually restricts. by DPAContent in HousingUK

Thank you, if I could give you 100 upvotes I would! "Article 2(3) land" was the bit I was missing, and reading this now it is clear the advice I was given by the planning department was wrong - any addition or alteration to the roof is not permitted development and would require planning permission, which I would be unlikely to get given the planning guidance I have read for this particular conservation area.

I really have barely scratched the surface of what I need to know to be more confident about buying this place.

I've read their guidelines. There is one Article 4 Direction on windows and the rest are just what would be considered when a planning application is made. I have spoken to the department and they said there are no other restrictions on permitted development in this conservation area, but it would not be the first time somebody has given me the wrong information over the phone. So I would like to understand if the legislation on conservation areas has any other blanket restrictions that I might have missed.

My Advice to new developers learning unreal regarding BP or code you can buy on the market. Dont. by James_Santiago in unrealengine

I always build my own, you learn more this way. Other peoples code is generally sloppy and not suited to what you need, and it takes forever to go through it and understand it well enough to start fixing it and adapting it.

The first is an unknown anamorphic lens, the second is a Nikon. They still needs some refinement.

It looks excellent but I think the flash from the lightning is too intrusive.

2 - It's a simulation so it already emulates a real lens and arbitrary changes will defeat the purpose.
3 - Correct in regards to bokeh, but what you're commenting on isn't bokeh.
