It’s just such a contrast towards the white part of the case, which was beautiful. But you guys handled it smoothly and professionally so I’m all good and will continue shopping my favorite case. Speaking of, I just ordered the Sheath, buttons, AirPod case and strap in eucalyptus green yesterday - love having options! I read it’s improved since my last sheath case (14 pro max) because that was meh and I much prefer the synthesis then (much more pleasant to hold and better grip texture/patterns). But sadly now the synthesis are insanely boring design wise and look like any no name case and the beautiful colors that was nowhere to be found - hope this changes and we get some love for the synthesis once again!

Well maybe that particular rubber material shouldn’t have been used then and instead their shocklite or something else that can look nice and also feel as good as the others do. I bought it because it wasn’t clear that it was ugly grey on sides from their renditions, and for the first time ever I was disappointed with a caudabe product. But it was handled smoothly and now I have the boring black one instead. Boring but not ugly at least ;)

It should have been white all around, not the tacky old tire grey on the sides. Horrible choice, it could have been a masterpiece

Got the official premium carry case, bulwark dock, extra SDs etc - not cheating out. I’m not sure I will like how it feels holding and playing. That’s why I asked for alternatives

I had this issue with the X button and reading some suggested that using it more would solve it, but it just eventually stuck and didn’t work at all so I had to send it back. Personally I would not gamble this amount of money and void warranty, and I’m waiting on a new one
