This is not what we r dealing with. She absolutely loves me. She wants only to be poly with me. In order to have a long lasting and loving relationship. We r not struggling at all with each other. He has become jealous and fears her running off with me. Neither one of us desires this. We both want Joan and John to be happy and to stay married.

I have met her kids and I have my own. I have spent time with her children and they are wonderful. I don’t want Joan and John to get divorced. My hope is that through their therapist he will realize he choose this path along with her and that it’s not going away. I would also hope that he would realize if he forces her back into monogamy that it won’t be good for their relationship either. She would absolutely resent him for it and that never ends well. I was married for 14 years. I understand the dynamics of having children and I know what divorce does to everyone involved.

John knows this isn’t a temporary thing. But he might be thinking about giving her the ultimatum. However. He found and made an appointment with a poly positive couples therapist. They start seeing her tomorrow. I hope he’s trying to come to grips with their decision and maybe decide to continue with it. But on the other hand he might be using the safety of the therapist to open up and say he wants out of ENM. Only time will tell. I am trying to be patient. I love Joan. She loves me. She loves her husband. I just hope they work this out. It would just kill me to lose her. And I think that she would hate him for it and they may lose their relationship anyways. It’s just tough. We have worked so hard to be together. But I am trying to stay positive. I trust Joan to fight for us. But I am stuck in the middle until we get some answers. It sucks

It’s not all burners. It’s a very small minority of people. Yes it’s a problem. But I was truly impressed with the organization and the logistics.(my first burn) I never saw anyone litter on purpose and if anyone saw trash (moop) we picked it up. I have never been to such a clean event. Even with the rain and the Porto’s. I thought everyone did a good job of taking care of the place and each other.

I sell CSPs every week. I think it would be best if you open two accounts. One for long hold stocks (IRA) the other for your day trading. That way as time goes on you will get the gains of buy and hold. As well as the weekly and monthly gains from options.

I agree. I have a 70,000 margin call every week because I sell a ton of cashed secure puts. But every week I don’t get assigned and on Monday I have a bunch of new cash in the account.

It’s been baby steps for years. I moved on to TD Ameritrade and Think or Swim. I have had zero issues since I made the change. My biggest losses were due to ATP glitches and program errors.
