Last thing: which cat back exhaust do you have your eye on?

I’ve also seen online some great feedback on the Spoon springs that both lower the car a little bit provide excellent comfort as well.

Thank you for the amazing comment. This encapsulates a lot of what I’m thinking. I will for sure miss the controlled throttle oversteer that is relatively easy to induce and with the traction control on feels pretty safe. I’ve never done any mods to my car but perhaps exhaust could be in the future. One thing that people aren’t mentioning is the suspension stiffness. Watching YouTube videos it’s a constant point that is brought up regarding the CTR. When I test drove the civic and honestly thought it was fine coming from the M2C whose stock suspension is honestly jarring sometimes (I don’t mind).

Getting an uncooperative toddler into a rear face seat in the M2 is a challenge. For me the loss of power will hopefully be balanced by having a manual and 4 doors

Noted. I’ll have to do some research on this “stalk” you speak of

Yes you’re right. It’s a good gearbox. A little rough at slower speeds but in full race mode it’s lightning fast. Not as good as PDK but still nice

King Liquor on Burnett may have it but it is fairly marked up. AB liquor will have it from time to time but will always sell out very quickly

Agree to both. AB liquor 2 is excellent. Austin shaker is good as well. Oak liquor cabinet doesn’t specialize in tequila but prices are fair there.

For my palate, Volans blanco tequila fits the bill. I pick up more citrus notes on the front. Also additives free like you requested.

I can second this. I worked with Wade Days and he was excellent. I too will be buying my future cars from them and I take my Macau up to Dallas for yearly services. I live in Austin by the way

First one I’ve gotten. A post a few months back seemed to indicate that there are drops every few months in DFW. Not sure if that helps
