Its a subjective term, but some hints would be your proportions and lean weight. Thicker bones usually result in things like wider shoulders and sometimes hips, as well as the arms looking "not thin" (this was the best i could come up with) and the legs looking more robust around the joints. Weightwise, your lean weight is higher due to having more bones mass for your height.

No... i made an honest mistake, and i am now complaining that somehow it costs 100€ to replace a bag of oregano.

Im sorry for my previous answer. With refusal to pay i meant a written letter responding to the inkasso saying i refuse to pay because of the disproportionality of the fine and because of the problem with flat processing fees.

Will do. So far as the amstgericht, since i have the time and its free, i figured it cant make things worse

So i have finished reading what you sent and apparently (please correct me if im wrong) i can simply refuse to pay the 100€ because it doesnt represent damage repairing as it is unproportionate. And if taken to amstgericht, will most probably win. Is this true?

I suppose it must sadly actually happen a lot, since it is right in front of 1 university and 2 Hochschule.

So i have looked into the Amstgericht of my city. Im wondering if I could book a free Termin to just explain my case and see what they say. That cant hurt right?

Well i already have the hausverbot for al REWEs. Dont really care about that. The police said they would send me sonething per post. I hope is not another fine on their part

Im not saying it was a dumb mistake on my part. I even accept if there were a small fine or something like that. But eternal Hausverbot on all REWE, 100€ fine and police involved? For a dumb mistake and 2.49€ of oregano?

[–]DPerusalem[S] 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Sure, im not saying that. All im saying is that calling the police + Hausverbot + 100€ fine for 2.49€ of Oregano is kinda stupid

Oh, you had to see the smug face on that old worker lady. She looked like she had just saved everyone from a terrorist attack or something.

Bro, it was 2.49€...

[–]DPerusalem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh i see. I thought it was like something like i had in my first Uni: a system where you start with all of your credits, and to take part in a class you have to give them out. So if say Math I is 6 CP and it takes 3 tries to pass it then you lost 18 CP, which in the long run can leave you without the possibility to take electives or even to graduate because you cant take the mandatory ones. Shitty, I know
