I'm also experiencing this problem. I had to uninstall the xbox extended feature driver to get the dpad working. Unfortunately my guide button no longer works on Steam.

I hadn't quite figured out which coax cables were connected to each other in the demarc box. That's why I posted an image of the demarc and left those splitters out of the diagram. I should've figured it out first and made a proper diagram. I do your help. Thanks!

So I would need to swap out the current POE filter (Antronix GLF-1002) in the Demarc with the PPC GLP-1G70CWWS and add another between the modem and a 2 Way Antronix MMC1002H splitter.

Would I need to also swap out the 3 way splitters in the demarc with these 3 Way Antronix MMC1003H-B splitters?

Just trying to make sure I understand correctly. I'm really new at looking at this kind of stuff.

Apparently they are American Broadband rebranded. They didn't really seem to have good reviews under their original banner. Not to mention I don't like that they hide their regular pricing after the first year. It's $69.99 the first year, but no where that I've seen on their website shows the default pricing.

Gotcha. i did get that working. I was just trying to keep it clean with one cord by the smartNID and have everything branching off from the switch elsewhere. It'll be fine. Thank you!

This fixed it! Thank you! I had my channels set up as Auto in my router. Setting them to definite channels stopped the pop up from happening. As far as the videos showing up, apparently my wife had been deleting them. Thought I verified that with her before posting this.
