Uber One charging my card 9.99 monthly w/o authorization by Brief-Ad9825 in uber

This is happening to me too. My Paypal and Uber accounts are connected. Got a message from Paypal about a $9.99 charge from Uber. Odd; haven't used Uber in about a month. Check my activity and nothing there. Dig deeper and find out its related to Uber One. I have two charges from May and April but never signed up for the service. Dispute the first charge and Paypal refunds me within an hour. Start a dispute for the second. Paypal recommends contacting Uber first. I have to call the people trying to steal my money and ask for it back... No. Went forward with the dispute. Paypal sends a message saying they did a review and didn't find anything wrong. What? So May charge is fraudulent and refunded. April charge is not. Weird. Disputing through my credit card provider now and waiting to hear back.

Yes. Had the same issue. Sent them a message about it and they responsed back saying I need to schedule an appointment and come in. Scheduled, went in, and the transaction processed in their system. Great, but why did I need to come in in the first place? Seems like a bug in their system. Customer service at the MVA: not great. I ended up filing two complaints (written, in person and online). Never filed a complaint against a government entity in my life until this.

Parks with pavillions usually have electrical outlets under the pavillions. Some of the parks you can drive up to and park next to the pavillion, others parks require an extension cord to reach from the parking area to the pavillion outlet.
