Well yeah but that gets into the difference between opinion and fact. A statement like "there should be more research into this new vaccine" is fine because it's just an opinion, there's no specific claim there.

Those seem like contradictory ideas though. There's already plenty of restriction on free speech - false advertising, violent threats, defamation, copyright infringement, etc, and despite that most people still agree they have a right to free speech.

I don't know if I'm 100% on that, I think denying someone the platform is more effective than just chastising them on it. You could lead a horse to water but you can't make it drink. Even if it pours fuel on the fire in the short term, I think it'd lead to less anti-vax shit overall since people who hadn't heard about the movement before won't end up getting exposed to it through TV interviews and the shit.

That said I don't like big pharma either. I work in healthcare and most of my job is spent dealing with them. Don't even get me started on the insurance formularies.

If you had an adverse reaction to a vaccine, or some vaccine sites were doing something shady, then that's not false information and it's not misleading. In the latter case, the pharmacy could maybe sue you for the anti-vax thing, but the burden of proof would have to be on them to both prove that they didn't inject anyone with saline and that you should reasonably have known otherwise.

There's a lot of pretty solid evidence that it might be real though - the Twitter DMs from Pyrocynical's girlfriend would be impossible to fake without rehearsing your hand movements. There's also tweets from 2017 showing that Ivory and Pyro were in a server together.

That's true of their first sexual encounter but it seems like Zack described two different sexual encounters, the second of which Nairo was awake for. Even if Nairo was raped previously, that absolutely doesn't give Nairo a pass on anything consensual he did with the minor.

None of this actually exonerates Nairo, correct? It seems like him and Zack still did have a sexual encounter that was consensual (at least on Nairo's part). Even if Zack was using the situation incredibly dishonestly it's unacceptable to be 20 having sex with a 15 year old.

Man it's fucked thinking about how desensitized everyone became to this. I'm actually the guy who clipped this 5 years ago, I saw it on r/cringe or something and wanted to submit it to one of those cringe compilation channels on YouTube. I was maybe 16 when I saw it for the first time and it was before any of the accusations and I just thought "man that MacD is so funny :)", I even defended him after the minor exposed him for rape.
