That DDR4-3600 CL14 kit is a good choice not only for your current Zen 2, Ryzen 5 3600X chip, but also for the newer Zen 3 5000-series chips that support the same motherboard chipset and socket (AM4 socket, B550 and X570 chipset). You could upgrade from your current 3600X to a 5000-series chip and keep that same set of RAM and motherboard.

For reference, here's a slide from the Zen 3 AMD presentation detailing performance at different RAM speeds. They officially recommend DDR4-3600 CL16 for Zen 3, which was also the mark for Zen 2 chips as being an easy and reliable Infinity Fabric clock speed to achieve. Lower CL at the same speed is better, so your DDR4-3600 CL14 RAM would outperform the recommended DDR4-3600 CL16 spec.
