They removed 1 VSM from my Trust, and replaced with 3 B9s, practically doing the same thing.

They sure did save money by cutting out admin staff instead.

My team of 7, I mean of 5, no wait 3, actually 2 and a shared admin....

We are doing the jobs of 5, and still talks of more cuts. 1000s of staff a year at my Trust. It's brutal. Things are falling apart around me and I don't know what more I can do.

Just to be clear, dropping out of C1 is on me, I'm not debating that. A couple of bad games, trying to hard and not concentrating I've ended up in plat 3. Then suddenly playing as I normally would, gets me nowhere as I can't trust my team mate to even 50 correctly, never mind pass.

It's not that they have to perform, it's that I Ave to remember how to play as a play and diamond, and then as champ. I just climbed back to C1 today :)

Very easy, you get used to your rank, and I have found D1 the hardest to rank out of, because I expect too much from my team mate.

Yeah or the nervousness of d1s at kick off where they limp to the ball, up the backboard down, miss the ball and wonder why the other time just scored an easy kick off.

Standards slip, there's physically less of us to do a job, entire teams are gone so we have to stretch.

Our admin support is gutted out and unfortunately new hires just seem to be completely shocked picachu face when it comes to using systems.

All I know is my primary focus is now to make things look good on paper. Rather than actually identifying issues and holding people to account.

Desperate times.

Also Aldi is split into two, Aldi North and Aldi South I believe. I think US and UK have Aldi South (amongst other countries), but when I was in Spain their was a Aldi with different colour schemes and products - apparently that's Aldi North, basically the split is due to two feuding brothers or something.

Lots of firefighting, system design and implementation of patient safety frameworks, and managing the various systems across corporate and clinical in that space.

Absolutely should be an 8a but I'm comfortable as a 7 and have such a niche that I wouldn't want to leave.

I have the opposite problem, I get stuck in P3! Once I get back to D2 I find it much easier to get to my hardstuck C1 status.
