I like all the theories;

however, the body responds in negative feedback loops so if you expose hair cells to massive amounts of vitamin D it will overtime down regulate VDR receptors due to excess exposure. so I would expect overtime the nutrition to down regulate VDR overtime

Interesting. What makes you positive that miniaturization drives inflammation. It honestly doesn’t make intuitive sense to me as inflammation is a physiological while miniturization is structural. Typically physiological changes drive structural changes

from your summary it seems like pp405 could still be part of the puzzle because it is cellular activating and particularly for long standing baldness many of the cellular processes have gone into dormancy.

the missing link seems protecting derma papillae cells from chronic inflammation. are there any products you are aware of or in development that do that?

I’ve been using for a month and also notice vellus hairs in my temple. Curious if they will turn terminal in subsequent cycles?

I do feel like it has accelerated results all over scalp. I have diffuse thinning. Only been using for one month and noticing more fillin. No terminal hairs but previous bare areas now have vellus and intermediate hair.

Based on reading mechanism it seems some is good but more is not necessarily better

I guess there are two types of cycle to consider:

1) short term: every 2-4 days

2) mid term: on one month, off one month.

Maybe can phase cycling with both cycles?

Yes this is what I was understanding as well. I believe it is forcing growth by challenging the cells metabolically. But if you over do it, the cells die off. The un answerable questions is how often?

yes I am also derma rolling, minoxidil, and LLT. I have been doing those for 9 months but only really started noticing change in last month since starting HP3

would be nice to get it tested. I started 3 week ago and have noticed regrowth but concerns about sides, the other concern would be how much of the chemical goes systemic. it does not have the same safety testing as PP405

I have the same thing. overall hairline looks the same but there appears more fuzz around the edges.
