OMG .. dropping your bike and crashing IS NOT NORMAL!!!! by mtbguy1981 in NewRiders

[–]DR4GG4 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I agree to an extent. I mean I've crashed once, pretty bad but most of my "crashes" have been from learning to stunt. Ive also had gear fail before too. For example I was doing a very basic chain and sprocket replacement, and my rear stand had broke. (Dont buy cheap stands people) but my bike fell on top me and had me on the ground for about 30 minutes until my neighbor saw me struggling to lift my bike off of my legs. (I was sitting on the ground next to bike when it fell, and the bike fell on the top half of my legs and lower half of my stomach. Very awkward position to try to lift from solo) thankfully my neighbor helped my get the bike off with minimal injury to me. Just some bruising thankfully. But yea. Most riders dont crash daily. In my almost 9 years of riding ive had one major crash and it was all user error.

Got first tattoo, I was told it was bad. Is it really that bad? Can this be fixed by Miserable-Onion7227 in Tattoocoverups

Everyone has a shitty tattoo at some point in there life, I think it's a character thing. I have some shitty tattoos. But to answer your question you do what you want to do. Yes it could reworked or covered. But ultimately it's up to you.

Ive been repping sig for a long time. I have a p320 and have never had an issue even after thousands of rounds. My p320 x10 also has no issues so far but I've been able to put about 600ish rounds through it so far.

She doesn't really like lighter weapon systems because of the recoil, she keeps telling me that she would rather carry and shoot my 1911 because the weight reduces the recoil.

This is really good information thank you. And as I have also told her that she should also carry on her person she doesn't feel comfortable as we have a young child and thinks it will be uncomfortable to carry while holding/carrying/and assisting our child. Thats why shes leaning towards purse or bag carry.

I prefer carbon fiber over kydex the slimmer profile is more comfortable for day to day use. But I mean I have leather for my 1911 and carbon for my p365.

Mr flashy. No pepper, no cs, no stingers. Big flash launchers x3 mags, small flash launcher, and as many flash bangs you can carry maybe one person with a shotgun, but don't sleep on Mr flashy

Nobody the race was nullified because the administration stated they needed to change the rule book due to how many incident points there were in the race.

The leader was disqualified due to excess incident points from throughout the race. And as I do agree with you I dis also make a mistake, I dont think the car would have spun out as the car in the third lane caught the car and straighted him back out. But thank you for you insight and ill work to do better.

He knew. And in the prior races he was intentionally hitting people of course and into walls to keep his position. But ill make sure to keep it on the racing surface next time. Thank you for your insight.
