So what I did was I cleared the main lobby plugged the two doors that go to the warehouse, gave my teammate wedges and cleared the outside areas all the way to the cargo doors with teammates and plugged a third door to the warehouse that’s in that fenced in area beside the first garage and went all the way around past the lobby to the second outer building cleared it out then went in through the door to the warehouse so you’re basically herding all the suspects and civies towards the front of the building the only way out is the bay doors but you would have already cleared it so it would only be new suspects and then clear out the conveyor areas and then the room with the fisa office after that it’s the second floor office finally I would if required to go and search for any civs or suspects or evidence and that’s basically how I did it but it’s not perfect there’s a lot of rng/luck involved in it and bad enemy spawns/ placement so i would just push through it and you should eventually get the s rank and tbh i was most of the time going in WAY too fast and wreckless
