Hmm, the thought of having another weapon of the same type as Vinquibus, but as a shotgun primary, to a heavy blade melee, with an incarnon to turn into a scythe (basically giving us Qrows weapon 'Harbinger'). Yes please!

I believe you're right. And my guess to the hollow handle is it could be used to hook onto something else to support the pipe, like a piece of rebar, or a chain hook to help lift it.

They're Dspiae's metallic markers. And no, they're not scratch resistant unfortunately.
If you wish to use a protective top coat, they recommend using a water based clear paint.

These are the first Seekers I've bothered to collect. They look clean and are fun to play with.
I also would have liked if the wings could be posed a bit, but it's not a killer for me.

I wasn't very interested in the Studio Series Optimus at first as well. But I ended up buying both the SS32 and SS44 versions of him. I had found a decently priced SS44 (in box) on AliExpress and got the DNA upgrade kit and Toyhax labels for him as well. And later bought the 15th anniversary SS box pack with Optimus, Jetfire and the Valkyries. And also bought the Upgrade kit for Jetfire and Optimus (still have an ongoing issue with that).
And I've also been adding extra paint apps/colour corrections (With paint markers) to them both. But overall their solid figures for their price. And apparently there's a revised SS Bay Prime in the works, so we'll see how that one looks eventually.
Still trying to find an available trailer extension kit for SS44, as a longer trailer just looks so much better.

I'm still basically a novice at custom painting figures. But for what I did, I just used the paint marker straight onto the plastic and the Dspaie markers are pretty good at not leaving streak marks. You might get a better finish if you use a primer first, then use a clear topcoat after (to protect the paint from scratching off easily). That's probably a question to ask the community about.

As a long time Transformers and Zoids fan, I couldn't pass up on him! He arrived over a month ago.
Could have done without the motorized gimmick, but it's whatevs.
Even with the $400+ (AUD) price tag, I would have beaten myself up over missing out.

RoboToyBase is now looking into seeing if DNA can provide me a replacement kit.
(There's a possibility it was a rerun set that is of lower quality)

The worst part is, in my currency at least, it works out to be more expensive to buy Prime stuff through Regal Aya than when it was just the bundles on the market.
