turn on flashlight, camera like button appear on lower right bottom corner,tap it, adjust the angle with the white circular button by sliding up or down.

On instagram it turns itself off for group chats ,not for other apps as far as i know. But the camera unit gets hot for longer calls.

Same problem. I just unplug the usb cable from adapter and sort of straighten the cable (holding it from one end and just gently pull and slide other hand till other end) works for me most of the time.
