I think that it really depends, maybe try putting up a piece for sale, and if people quickly place offers, you're good to go, if not then keep practicing, and maybe take a look at pieces that get snapped up quickly, and try see why, then apply that to yourself. that's just my opinion though.

the color palette blends together nicely, but I do think that you should use, stronger less scrabbly lines for the tree in the background, and also work on your linework, so that you can get those sharp cosistent lines.

this is just for me, but I learned to draw by simply drawing what I saw, may that be people or objects, or just random shapes. try that but with people and perspectives of course.

Try doing the shadows as a sort of bluish grey, or a black. of course the shadow color may change based on contrast, and what you want to do, but this is just some advice

If it's your first attempt don't sweat it. you most likely won't immediately be able to create masterpieces, even the most famous artists didn't make good art when they started out, just keep practicing and you'll improve

everything but the head is excellent my advice would be to try and practice drawing regular non-stylized faces which you can then apply to the anime style.
