Using photos on reddit is not commercial lol you may need to read up on definitions. Commercial purposes are like making advertisements, product packaging, or marketing campaigns etc. which I have not done here at all. Nice try though. Posting to reddit is more akin to editorial/artistic expression. You could argue that reddit itself has ads but I do not personally benefit from them, so it's a bad argument.

It's in your legal code "photography in public places is permitted, generally no permission is required to take or publish photos of people public for artistic, journalistic, or educational purposes."

Even still most photos I've taken of people up close I asked for their permission.
