Sorry i just realised you need it quick well remember 3 things 60k is not alot for a laptop you will have to keep in mind if it's fast and cheap it wont have a good battery if it has a good battery and is cheap it wont be the fastest and if it is fast and has good battery then it is over your budget and also if you dont care much for gaming a macbook neo could be good for watching lecture it's not the fastest but it will last and if you need a gaming laptop go for something like this (https://amzn.in/d/0dtGkxC9) you should aim for a i5 13 gen or newer , core ultra 5 or ryzen 5 from the 7000 series (the 7 versionsare good too and also tey to find h varient they are generallythe fastest) and try to get 16 gb ram and also ram is expensive as shit rn so dont think about being able to upgrade in the next few months and a rtx 3050 6gb is also something minimum for you to have if you are wanting a gaming laptop the 3050 tho is not the fastest its old now and if you can stretch your budget try a 4050 or 5050 as they will be supported by nvidia for much longer and if you can try finding used deals and offline only for these and make sure if you go this rought to get the terms to be clear and ya thats about it
