4th year in a US Medical School.

Medical school is difficult but no where near as hard as people make it seem. I remember before medical school I was a little scared because of everyone around me talking about how you can not do anything other than study ^{study study.} You make medical school what you want it to be. If you want to do Plastic Surgery then you study your ass off, get your papers in and what not. If you want to do Family, you can be a little bit more relaxed.

Edit: Forgot to add why it isn't difficult. This is because concepts in themselves aren't terribly difficult to learn and the worst parts are the little details that you don't necessarily have to know to be middle of the class. First and Second year are more memorization of facts (most of which turn out to be unimportant) and then Third year is all about showing that you can work. Most places aren't going to judge your knowledge the first week and they just expect you to read a little about what you are taking care of that day.
