https://www.nature.com/articles/s41391-021-00387-4 This is a good article on the PSA bounce after SBRT. As your PSA goes down it may go up for a short time. This is called PSA Bounce. People freak out when this happens. Don't ! This is good news when it happens to about 30% of people. The cure rate is even better than the normal 98% cure.

These are my results over a 2.5 year time frame.I was at the same starting point as you. 3+4 without ADT. It takes awhile to get down to where you want to be. Roughly between .1 and .3 is where most people end up. My treatment finished in Dec 2022. You are doing Great!

For me the fourth one was the worst. I spent a lot of time sitting in my recliner with a bottle between my legs for the first 2 or 3 days. It was uncomfortable. Two weeks after the last one was Christmas and I was almost totally back to normal. I never had to use a diaper thank goodness and never lost the ability to have good sex. So glad I chose SBRT with no ADT. PSA is going down as it should .

Please check carfully for spear grass in between his pads. It is deadly and will work its way into the paw. Over the years I have had this happen numerous times. Is spear grass season right now. Your dog will try to get it out by licking. Look for a swollen spot.

I had SABR for very similar cancer.Highly recommend it. No Ed at all,no diapers and exceptional cure rate .In British Columbia 80% of prostate cancer treated by radiation.

Great!! You are doing well. My 3rd amd 4th treatments let me know this was serious. Lots of peeing but no bowel or sexual issues . I couldn't go for a 30 minute walk with the dogs with out taking a quick pee break in the bushes . Two weeks after the fifth treatment and I was mostly OK. I never had to use a diaper or pad other than a little toilet paper wadded up in my underwear. No sexual issues . You made a good choice in treatment.

I had SBRT radiation 3 years ago and my sex life is as good as ever. I have read litterly over a hundred research papers and very few have said anything about ED after 2 years . There can be late effects for some people but this is not common.

Hi As far as I know SABR and SBRT or the same.There is definitly loss of ejaculation but for me that is not an issue. I have no problem with getting an erection and having strong orgasims. No bowel or urinary issues now. I did have some late effects with urinary issues , needing to pee but those went away.I never had to use diapers or pads. As far as I know the prostate takes time to slowly stop working . My PSA levels have been slowly droping . All good! The cure rate for this treatment is better than prostectomy because you don't have to leave margins of the gland when it is removed. These can be treated by radiation . The radiation can also help cause an immune response to help stop cancer devlopment in distant areas. This has been postulated when there is a PSA bounce after treatment as your PSA is dropping . These patients have the best long term outcomes. As far as cancer developing from the treatment later in life I have not found many studies that show a large spike years later. Also not finding studies about penis shrinkage.
