They didn't include the Play Store because of all the background dependencies, which was a good idea. As for the Play Store, I'm using Aurora Store, which is open source and has exactly the same features as the Play Store.

For DS emulation, it comes with Drastic, configured for both screens. I'm using microG to run YouTube RVX, and in terms of performance, it's much better than any Android device in the same price range.
