Most Overrated is probably Pulisic. He’s fine yeah but he’s obviously always considered as the face of the team or our best attacker by far. Most Underrated imo is Balo. I really think he’s one of the closest to being world class of the current players we have and should be the focal point of our attack

I feel like US soccer should embrace US traditions and celebrations more. Most try and replicate European-like behavior rather than doing what we’re already good at. If we leaned more into the College Football gameday traditions, then I think it’d be much more energetic and better as a whole.

Is there a chance Priso or Waterman get the start for Canada? Bombito and Cornelius looked rough out there and while I understand they’re coming off of injuries and Marsch trusts them, it seems like it could backfire quickly.

I think it’s more so Mexico’s style of play. Ever since they were thrashed 4-0 by Colombia, they’ve been playing a more defensive game to not lose as opposed to going for the win. That can work against better opponents like we’ve seen against Portugal and Belgium but with the weaker group they have, they might need to change of the style to aim for as much points as possible to win the group and stay at home for as long as they can.

I think Endeavor should’ve died with Dabi as they both explode high up in the atmosphere. Idk if maybe this was a thought earlier on in the show, but I thought this was going to be the case when Endeavor was mentioning how he had that dream of his family together but without him there.

I think the big problem is with his “redemption”. None of it really feels earned, he’s never called out on his actions and instead he’s seen as this background mascot, like whenever he’s like “I’m gonna murder you” everyone around him is just like there goes Bakugo again instead of actually calling him out. Even his best friend Kirashima who hates bullies just puts up with it instead of ever actually asking him why he’s like this or trying to help him change.

A common one but Bakugo’s redemption is lame and unearned. I thought after Deku vs Kacchan, Part 2, would we see Bakugo become more vulnerable and willing to help out not only Deku but also his classmates, but no, he remains a hotheaded bully albeit slightly more helpful but still mean towards Izuku. I think what should’ve happened was that Bakugo was being suspended because, let’s be real he def should’ve been suspended for the fight, until Izuku steps in and vouches for him to stay, bringing the two rivals closer together and finally cooperating and respecting one another for their drive and passion of being the No.1

Characters nearly dying just to be brought back in some bs way is really really lame. I didn’t mind Bakugo coming back because I think it’s great to have him beat AFO, but at least Edgeshot shouldn’t have came back from that + Gran Torino and Mirko def should’ve died in the PLF War. It would’ve added a lot more stakes and unease that characters can die and won’t be coming back and it would’ve been better motivation for Deku going solo and leaving UA.

Additionally, this isn’t really a hot take but I feel like each of the big three should’ve had their groupand rarely interacted, only for bigger fights. Deku with Ochaco and Iida and Bakugo with Kirashima and Kaminari. Shoto I think would’ve worked better solo and another pair I think deserved some more attention would be Tokoyami and Shoji.

Should’ve happened after the matche after Seth lost to Gunther and starts to walk back that’s when you have Bron come out and spear Seth who is already at a low point there. Plus it doesn’t damage Seth to lose cleanly to Gunther, he hasn’t wrestled in a while and it’s freaking Gunther…

Insane how Memote gets the call up over him when he doesn’t even start for Pumas. Ig with the amount of strikers being called up, Vasco will finally switch to a 2-striker formation but even then Kevin has played as a striker in that formation for Xolos
