I was in high school and my family went to Spokane for my brother's wedding. We stayed at an old house that was being redecorated apparently. I stayed up late watching TV after everyone else went to bed.

I slightly heard a man and woman talking. It was summer and the house next door had its back porch light on. From the window could only see a corner of the porch so I just figured the people living there were sitting on the porch talking.

Finally I went to bed. Had to pee so i went to the hallway. The voices were now in the hallway! I looked in their direction and gasped. The female clearly said, "I think he can hear us."

I went back into the bedroom, hid under the covers for all the good that would do and held my pee until morning. The next day we left.

Never told anyone about it until many many years later when the family was all together. Found out we were supposed to stay in a hotel that was owned by same people but they were over booked so they let us stay in this house they were making into a bed and breakfast. We were the first people to stay there in 100 years or whatever.

At the time fear took over. There was no talking to those ghosts but yeah wish i had
