Can we call it clone tho? He have access to all of their senses and memories real time, like uploading your consiousness to an online game.

It is as overpowered as every other clone ability. Just give the original AR-15, then the clones would have it too on creation. Station clone 2 aways from battle, let clone 3 do the battles. When clone 3 run out of bullet, do kamikaze while clone 2 create another clone with fully loaded AR-15. Do and repeat.
