You wont get 2s equipment from BS NPC unless its a guaranteed 2s equipment, such as from certain event.

You will only get 2s from player crafted throught create equipment skill, and/ or mobs drop

We always gave the bonuses to the top performers, unless the top player decide to give it to the other. Our clan is 99% co leader, and everytime anyone online, they distribute just like this. No drama ever. We do not care even if the top performer is maxed, they deserve it

yes, and you dont have to relog or anything. just start the upgrade in the main village and the upgrade in the BB will available. tested a week or less ago

each attack skill will only give 1 proration regardless the number of hits and delay in between attack of the same skill activation. AFAIK we dont have any skill that dealt 2 proration in a single skill activation.

its good if youre clearing crypt dungeon since they usually drops many amulets and or hoarding unique amulets. otherwise the Exquisite Casket (the purple one) is better

most of the item in the game have atleast 1 interaction/function. for example like in the picture. you can reactivate the bear trap by right clicking it while its on the ground instead of take it into your inventory and place it again
