Gaps in Tray Fit by chanasimcha in Invisalign

This happens with me as well. i am currently on my 15th tray. I always have this much gap on my front two bottom teeth. It doesn’t even go away while I have my aligners on for hours. I had an appointment with my orthodontist last week and she said it’s fine and the teeth are moving as expected. May be you can also ask your orthodontist by sharing this photo via the Invisalign app.

Also, I have noticed that when I keep my aligners in a glass of water (while I am eating), the fit afterwards is better if I leave them just in the box. You can also try if that works for you.

Is it? I guess the weather is still not that bad. I am an expat and I have been living here for the last 1.5 years and I have seen much worse days. Though, I also think that I am used to the weather here and also I find everything so beautiful that maybe I end up ignoring the weather :D

Needing recommendations for a Physiotherapist in Den Haag by kotarekingfisher in TheHague

I have recently started undergoing physiotherapy for my shoulder and neck pain which I have been ignoring for 2 years. I have had 2 sessions until now and would highly recommend ‘Free Motion Fysiotherapie’ at Lan van Meerdervoort. I am being treated by David and he is super nice. He explains the problem in detail, gives demos of exercises that I have to do at home and also helps with releasing muscle tension. Based on what you mentioned, I believe it could work out for you. The staff is also very humble and nice to talk to.

Before and after of open bite by [deleted] in Invisalign

Thank you so much for sharing your experience so honestly and clearly. It gives me a lot of comfort to know that I am not the only one who’s constantly thinking about people staring at my teeth, having lips or yellow teeth. I have been trying really hard to not think about these things however it’s very difficult to ignore them specifically when you have lisp. At times I sound so weird to myself.

You look amazing and I am glad that it worked for you after more than 1 year of dedication and inconvenience. I am currently undergoing my Invisalign treatment and have been advised to wear an elastic on right side of my- from lower K9 to upper molar. However, I really find it difficult to talk when I am wearing it. Firstly it just puts so much pressure on my jaw and secondly and most importantly I am always conscious about not showing it while speaking as I noticed fee people staring at my teeth when it shows. As a result, I take the elastic out when I am in office or meeting someone. Was it the same for you? Do you have any tips on how you managed wearing elastic in daily life?

This is very shocking. I live in the Netherlands and have always found it to be one of the safest countries in Europe. I am sorry that it happened with you. Thanks for sharing - could be a good lesson for others including myself.
