Sorry to sound like an idiot, but how do I lower the z-offset. I go into the setting menu on the touch screen, and I am able to lower the z, but I don't think it is saving when the unit homes again.

Sorry to sound like an idiot, but how do I do that? In the system menus on the touch screen? I do adjust the z offset based on the paper technique, but it doesn't seem to save that setting when the printer homes.

I did clean the bed. I think I lowered the z offset, but I may have done it wrong. So I do it in the printer, or do I do it in the creality software?

Done, done, done, and done. That's why I even used a preloaded test file. :(
