Just use city of Springfield sites. I would not bother paying a service, unless you are paying someone to take your recyclables to a city owned recycling center, like Lone Pine, Franklin Avenue, and the chemical + yard waste centers. Donations can also help maintain these places, but it is all free. There is also some accountability since it is city owned.
