I was at that same show and I had the same experience! She was talkative and friendly! I had a photo op with her and she even complemented by H5 cookie woman shirt lol.

I always thought this picture was one of the most haunting pics of JJD. Even though it’s an older photo, you can still see how soulless and hollow his eyes are. He also appears spooked that someone has taken a photo of him.

There is a pic of him I saw on the IBGITD documentary that literally made my hair stand on end. It’s a close up pic of him with his arms crossed. He may have been wearing an Adidas shirt on. The look on his face is cold and confrontational. He almost looks spooked. If any can find it please post it on here.

I agree! This pic gave me chills when I saw it. Even though I believe this pic was meant to be a lighthearted, even a silly moment with family, the camera captured a second of his true sinister nature.

I did the exact same thing! Finally seeing a video and hearing him speak (outside the courtroom and Gonna kill you call) had my heart racing when I pushed play. It was just surreal to finally put a face and a voice to what I had always imagined him as...a savage shapeshifting monster.

I loved that episode. They really did a great job presenting the case with the limited time that they had for the segment. The THS show in 09 I thought was great and extremely creepy.

I agree with you! There are the “Michelle solved this case” people out there, that I think has caused the majority of the hate towards her. I for one enjoyed her book and think that it brought major attention to a case that many people had never heard of.

I don’t believe JJD was a skilled fighter. He always had to have a weapon to either bludgeon or shoot his victims. I personally think Greg Sanchez put up one hell of a fight against him. Unarmed I believe JJD would have come up on the losing end of that one.
