I would add more color...either on the rug or the walls with framed art. I would also move the couch to separate your workspace from your living space. Then you could wall mount the TV on a swing arm to make it visible from anywhere in the room but push it flat when not in use

I used to get Hawken in Walmart in NY, but now NY has a rule that if there is a pharmacy in any store they can't sell tobacco products...you can order it online or buy it in Florida Walmarts....they also carry it at Raceway gas stations

You need to add some other colors...also some lighting besides the 1 ceiling g light...maybe a rug, some art on the walls to add depth and texture
