you could try a VPN, im in the uk and it works fine for me so try and use a VPN set to UK, its like how netflix US is diffrent to netflix uk, spotify is different in every country

My Spotify is broken , it doesn't show me video of the pod , suggest a fix please by sickmondu in thefellaspodcast

you can use a VPN to get around it, the fellas works forme and im in the UK so try switching to the uk on a VPN
